Welcome to Morey: Loving Chat Mate! These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our AI role‑chat application and related services (collectively, the "Service"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
Eligibility
Age Requirements
You must be at least 13 years old to use our Service. If you are under 18, you represent that you have obtained parental or guardian consent to use the Service and that your parent or guardian agrees to these Terms on your behalf.
For users aged 13–17, we strongly recommend parental supervision and guidance. Parents or guardians are responsible for monitoring their child's use of the Service and ensuring compliance with these Terms.
Account Registration
To access certain features, you must create an account. You agree to provide accurate and complete information and to keep your account credentials secure. You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.
User Conduct
You agree not to use the Service to:
- Engage in harmful, abusive, or harassing behavior
- Impersonate any person or entity
- Violate any applicable laws or regulations
- Attempt to disrupt or compromise the security of the Service
- Upload or share content that is illegal, offensive, or infringes on others' rights
Intellectual Property
The Service, including its software, design, and content, is owned by Morey Inc. and protected by intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non‑exclusive license to use the Service for personal, non‑commercial purposes.
Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service if you violate these Terms or for any other reason at our discretion. You may also terminate your account at any time.
Account Deletion
How to Delete Your Account
You can delete your account and associated data through the following methods:
- Within the Morey app: Go to Settings → Account → Delete Account
- By email: Send a deletion request to [email protected]
Upon receiving your deletion request, we will permanently remove your personal data from our systems within 30 days, except where retention is required by law. Some anonymized, non‑identifiable data may be retained for analytical purposes.
Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error‑free, or meet your specific requirements.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Morey Inc. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms on this page and updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Service after such changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
